- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Clerks were very welcoming and said welcome as soon as we walked in even though they were at the register hekping someone else. However, the THREE people working the cat adoption program ignored us and talked amongst each other instead of practicing basic customer service by asking us if we needed help. We felt very much ignored and talked-down to. If you're speaking up for the aninals, I understand being weary of potential adoptets, but don't treat is any differently because of our age or race, which is what it felt like.April 11, 2017by Isabella Camasura
